MindScape operates a medically supervised ibogaine and psychedelic therapy clinic in Cozumel, Mexico. MindScape operates in Mexico and serves patients internationally. Your data may be processed in the United States (hosting infrastructure) and Mexico (clinical operations). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers, consistent with applicable data protection laws.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Terms & Payment

MindScape Retreats LLC oversees payment collection. We handle fees for all aspects of your stay, including medical supervision, program costs, food, accommodations, and any non-medical expenses related to your visit. A separate $160 ceremony fee is payable in cash to an on-site third-party medicine provider; credit or debit cards are not accepted for this fee.

Refund Policy

All reservations canceled 14 days before your arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will receive a credit toward a future stay. If treatment cannot proceed due to medical contraindications discovered during pre-screening, a full refund will be issued.

MindScape Retreat Scholarship Program Terms

These terms apply to the MindScape Retreat Scholarship Program. Specific eligibility criteria are detailed on individual scholarship pages.

Applications must be fully completed and submitted through the MindScape website for consideration. Applicants must also meet any additional criteria or provide necessary documentation as specified for the chosen scholarship program.

Eligibility & Selection

  • Eligibility requirements must be satisfied for application consideration.
  • Employees of MindScape or its subsidiaries and holdings are ineligible.
  • Each applicant is eligible for only one scholarship award.
  • Scholarship recipients are chosen solely by the MindScape Scholarship Committee, and all decisions are final.
  • Recipients are responsible for their airfare to Cozumel.
  • Medical clearance by the MindScape Medical Team is required for all recipients.
  • Scholarship awards apply only to MindScape treatment tuition and hold no cash value.
  • Recipients must cover any additional personal expenses.
  • Non-selected applicants are welcome to reapply.
  • Previous recipients must submit a new application for consideration.
  • The scholarship committee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Award Acceptance & Coverage

Finalists will be informed via email and are required to accept their award within 14 days. Failure to respond in this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.

The scholarship covers all costs at MindScape Retreats LLC, including transport to and from Cozumel International Airport. Recipients must arrange and pay for their own airfare and any personal expenses.

By accepting the scholarship, recipients agree to adhere to the terms, conditions, and policies of MindScape Retreats LLC, its parent corporation, and subsidiaries.
