Fly to Cancun (CUN) + Ferry
More flight options and often lower fares. More major carriers serve Cancun. Total transit from Cancun to the retreat is approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN)
ADO bus or taxi to Playa del Carmen, 45 to 60 minutes
Ultramar or Winjet ferry to Cozumel, 45 minutes
Our team meets you at the Cozumel ferry terminal
Ferry runs every 1 to 2 hours, 6 AM to 11 PM daily. Last ferry departs Playa del Carmen at 11 PM.

Customs & Immigration
Entering Mexico
Citizens of the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom require no visa for stays under 180 days. Your valid passport is all you need.
Upon arrival you will complete a brief immigration form, available on the plane or online before departure, and a customs declaration. Most travelers with personal belongings pass through the green lane without delay.
All other nationalities can verify requirements at the Instituto Nacional de Migración. Most countries receive visa-free entry.

Cozumel Weather & Best Times
Hurricane season runs June through November. Cozumel rarely takes direct hits and continues operating throughout the season. Your treatment dates will not be affected by seasonal weather in the vast majority of cases.

About Cozumel
Cozumel is Mexico's largest Caribbean island, 30 miles long, 10 miles wide. with a population of approximately 100,000. It sits 12 miles off the Yucatan Peninsula coast, directly across from Playa del Carmen.
The island is internationally recognized for its world-class scuba diving and snorkeling, fringing coral reefs, and proximity to Mayan archaeological sites. The main town, San Miguel de Cozumel, is safe and walkable with a genuine small-town atmosphere.
